Excellent product, great service
I would recommend these tags if you don't like the conventional "swing from the D ring" type. I bought the tumbled brass version which looks good against the dark brown leather of my dog's collar. It's a neater solution in my view. There was a minor admin glitch with my order but that was fixed with a simple email, literally the next day.

Seems like a great idea
Only time will tell how long the tag lasts, but I'm really pleased so far. I'm hoping that even if one side of the band snaps, the other will not snap at the same time, so we'll have time to sort out a replacement. The tag came really quickly and the customer service was great.
