These collars are absolutely brilliant. They're such good quality and so well made. I had a message from the owners the day after I placed my order to double check sizing which is really reassuring. The collars then arrived quickly and look great. They're really good value too - it was going to cost more to buy a collars and tags from our local pet shop chain and these are much nicer and so many great options to personalise. Love this dog collar for my new pooch. I like the idea of a fixed tag so no fear of losing it. Wipe clean collar is always helpful!

Really nice good quality collar and the flat tag is great, I chose a black tag and the writing shows up very clearly.

The bronze tag with laser cut writing is really effective and easy to read. Lovely safe option for a very active spaniel! Good service.

I love Flexitags, as I worry about my dog losing the regular disc when on a walk off lead - which has happened before - more than once. I also think it’s kinder on my dog’s ears without the jingling sound all the time.

I’ve had flexitags for a while, but still have the discs on a couple of his collars - and after losing yet another disc I decided to order a couple more flexi tags. They had an offer on with a discount code, and I ordered and paid using Apple Pay, not realising I’d forgot to enter the discount code. I emailed Flexitags to ask if they could still apply the discount and they immediately refunded me the amount. Thank you. So great service and a great product. My spoilt dog has several collars and does a lot is swimming, so I wash his collars quite often - with the tags on, and haven’t had any issues.
