Fab product, easy to fit onto dog’s collar. Lettering on flexitag really clear to see. Although there was a message to say deliveries may be delayed due to crufts, we felt the tags we ordered arrived within a really good timeframe.

Great quality as always I ordered the orange and the mountbatten pink and they look great. I love the welded tags as well not having to worry about them getting caught on things is great.
These collars and leads are excellent quality. We opted for the bespoke collar and Martin emailed before making the collar to suggest we checked measurements before he started to make this. I particularly like the tag being attached to the collar so it can’t be lost as other tags have been in the past. Excellent service and quality.
We have a whippet puppy who previously managed to get his house collar stuck in his mouth, from the first time we put it on him, he hasn’t really noticed he was wearing it. The poppers are strong enough to hold, but under pressure (when he is play fighting with his puppy friends) will pop open…. Perfect 🤩
Flexitags are so easy to use. And look great, more importantly no dangling tags that could get caught. Great lasting product, I only ordered more as now got a second dog.
Easy to use website, took advantage of Crufts 25% off offer. Arrived within 10 days in strong packing. Very nice, clear id info. Slightly concerned that silicon collar holder will snap under use but we will see, bought 2 spare ones just in case.

Fits perfectly after martin got in touch to review size...I'd recommend meassuring the inside of current collar as this resolved my issue.
Colour is very vibrant pink but surpasses expectation along with the ID tag... if anything might be better to see actual photos of the colours rather than just an option. As I will be moving soon so will reorder a new tag!
Ordered a med collar, had a call to say med, for neck size doesn’t give room for growth and large too big. Do we were made an inbetween size! What brilliant customer service!! Thank you ❤️

Another set of these wonderful little things. We have had the original flexitags for years and they are as good as ever. A house move means we need new ones. One of our dogs has a house collar just so that she can mooch around the un-dog proofed part of the garden. I ordered another one and it was customised to be just right for her. I have found now - as in the past - that if you make an inquiry about having something a little different, Martin will lean over backwards to make it happen. A fabulous product and wonderful people to deal with.
