The service was amazing. I went onto the Live Chat to see about getting a bespoke lead made and they were so helpful. They asked great questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed.

When the lead arrived it lived up to the service.

We love the tags, our puppy doesn't like anything dangling from her collar and we had bought so many different tags and she hated them all. Our puppy trainer recommended getting a tag that threaded onto the collar and we found these and it's perfect! Goes on easy, lightweight, durable and doesn't bother our puppy, making walks much easier. Life-saver!

Was actually passed the details from a friend who had shared the post some time ago and just kept meaning to purchase one.
Finally got round to and ordered two extra bands as like any loved pooch she has lots of collars.
They are just great and totally fit for purpose so will be ordering more.
Would highly recommend this Little Company to anyone.

Great fast service

Love having something that doesn’t dangle and make a noise. More importantly I haven’t lost it yet! With many harnesses and collars reattaching the old ID tags with mental rings was so difficult and lobster clips and carabiner clips would come undone

Great to have spare bands for when the original ones break.

Tag is discreet but clear when you look for it.
No chance of connecting lead to wrong loop and then losing loop or dog !

Lovely collar - so much choice for personalisation - and kind of them to check sizes before they send the order. The collar fits brilliantly, looks smart, and has a little catch on the clasp so it locks it shut.
I'll be using this for when he does agility - no hanging tag so it's perfect!

Having previously bought our Spaniel an adjustable engraved collar while he was growing we returned to order a bespoke collar (less buckles for when he goes rolling in fox poo etc.) Martin emailed to ensure the measurements etc were correct, lucky he did as I’d measured at 4cm longer than actually needed, communication was great and collar arrived promptly after being made. Very hall and the dog look really smart with his new bespoke collar.
