Already very pleased with the tags I’d bought from Flexitags for my two dogs especially having already lost ID discs off their collars on a regular basis I rang today to get a new loop as the one holding “the manic boxer’s tag had severed. I was told there was no charge for a replacement or postage as it was not yet a year old. Also Flexitags held a full record of sizes and details on their system. Excellent friendly service.
