I placed a first order for a few items including the adjustable collar and had to place a second order for a lead which I had forgotten. My mistake and I happily paid two delivery fees. I then had a notification that one delivery fee was being refunded. What a refreshing surprise and whilst the fee itself was not material, the principle shown by the retailer was very much appreciated.

Excellent dog tags
These tags are a simple design but better than all the circular discs you can buy. They don't get snagged when my dog puts his head in a bush as they lie flat on his collar. Good depth for lots of vital information to be engraved on and a choice of colours. This is my second purchase my first one lasting over 12 months on my spaniel so good value too.

First rate all round
All the original Flexitags are still going strong, even the house collar that had to be replaced as puppy Mary Button tried to eat it. However, our address is changing and so I had to replace the most important items so that they can be immediately swapped over on moving day. As usual, my order was not straightforward and, as usual, Martin leant over backwards to sort out for me exactly what I wanted. That’s why dealing with a small business is so good. Speaking to a human who wants to do the best job possible is just the best. I can’t recommend this company or the products highly enough.
