We wanted to order several collars and called to make sure we chose wisely. Martin was endlessly patient and suggested just the right collars and widths for our dogs. When the collars arrived the dogs accepted the collars happily as they are so light and flexible, and yet the collars are tough enough to withstand their rough and tumble! Our dogs previously wore no collars as we dislike the jangle of metal discs, but the silent metal tag fixed firmly to the collar is perfect.

I requested a quick delivery between Christmas and New Year hols. I received an email to notify that it wouldn’t ship until the Monday, which was fine. I then received an update SUNDAY evening that it had shipped and I received it New Years Eve. Can’t ask better than that. The quality of the tag is good too. Will purchase again from Bettypoo.
