I made an order online on Monday evening and emailed to ask if it could be sent asap as were were going away at the weekend.I had a reply within an hour saying it had been dispatched, my order arrived Wednesday morning. I’ve ordered several items over the years for both mine and families dogs and never been disappointed. Great items, fantastic customer service. Top marks from me.

Excellent product.
We wanted to order several collars and called to make sure we chose wisely. Martin was endlessly patient and suggested just the right collars and widths for our dogs. When the collars arrived the dogs accepted the collars happily as they are so light and flexible, and yet the collars are tough enough to withstand their rough and tumble! Our dogs previously wore no collars as we dislike the jangle of metal discs, but the silent metal tag fixed firmly to the collar is perfect.
