I think flexitags are great as they lie flat on the collar so they don't come off like circular discs hanging from a ring do. The text is clear and easy to read

My order arrived within a week and I was over the moon. The tag is fantastic and very clear. My boy has been out and about as well as swimming and it’s still secure on his collar with no dangling which I think would annoy him. Would totally recommend Betty Boo’s dog tag and extra straps. Excellent company.

Wonderful collars and leads!
Recently purchased 2 collar and leads sets for my dogs and am absolutely thrilled with them. Had a slight issue with one having the wrong contact number put o it but this was swiftly replaced and dealt with expertly by customer service! This is the 2nd set of collars and leads I have purchased for the boys and am absolutely thrilled with them and the ability to keep them clean and also to have their ID tags on the collars and not hanging loose, only had to replace the sets as I accidentally run over the others (doh!) and the previous sets I had had for over 4 years and they were still in great condition. I would definitely recommend these collars and leads to any dog owner

I placed a first order for a few items including the adjustable collar and had to place a second order for a lead which I had forgotten. My mistake and I happily paid two delivery fees. I then had a notification that one delivery fee was being refunded. What a refreshing surprise and whilst the fee itself was not material, the principle shown by the retailer was very much appreciated.
One of those experiences that restores your faith in human nature. Thank you
