Second order, and my old collar is wearing really well but time to replace as my dog grown out of it. This time around there was an error in that the wrong colour tag and buckle was sent. After an email to Martin a replacement was in the post within hours and arrived the next day - no argument. Proper service - highly recommended.

Lovely choice of colours..quick dispatch as always.. sent in right amount of packaging and eco friendly. Have recommended them to other dog friends and family. They all now use them too. Ive only needed to buy one replacement band. When my 2nd was a baby while playing with his big brother nibbled through it while wrestling together and doing all that fast nibbleing of each others faces & neck 😃
