Another set of these wonderful little things. We have had the original flexitags for years and they are as good as ever. A house move means we need new ones. One of our dogs has a house collar just so that she can mooch around the un-dog proofed part of the garden. I ordered another one and it was customised to be just right for her. I have found now - as in the past - that if you make an inquiry about having something a little different, Martin will lean over backwards to make it happen. A fabulous product and wonderful people to deal with.

Second order, and my old collar is wearing really well but time to replace as my dog grown out of it. This time around there was an error in that the wrong colour tag and buckle was sent. After an email to Martin a replacement was in the post within hours and arrived the next day - no argument. Proper service - highly recommended.
