I ordered two Flexitags for my dog's collar and harness, as he wears a bell which wears away the surafce of any hanging tag. Attachment was simple, the materials seem of excellent quality and the tag looks brilliant on the collar! I had an issue with the difference between laser engraving and diamond cut, which Karen was quick to sort out for me and I am very pleased with the outcome. If I had any criticism, it would be that the website lacks clearly labelled examples of the two types of engraving (or at least it wasn't obvious to me!), but I strongly believe the way a business deals with these things speaks volumes, so I am very happy to recommend Bettypoo, based on my experience.

Consistently excellent
All the products are excellent. This time round I have gone for the engraved collars, brilliant idea. These collars are great for mud wallowing, poo rolling dogs, easy to wash and straight back on.
