Ordered the small black tag with black holder. Great. Easy to see writing.

My rescue toy poodle hated wearing a dog disc even a tiny little one and was obsessed with trying to get it in her mouth to chew it. The flexi tag arrived, is now on her collar and no more problems. Wonderful. Thank you.

I was delighted to be able to buy replacement bands for my dog’s tag. I mistook the size and ordered XL. Karen contacted me to point out that my previous band was size L and helpfully changed my order. Also a refund was arranged directly. Outstanding, thank you!

Fantastic choice of colours and they look great on the collar of my dog who has made a career out of losing tags. I made a mistake on my order which was picked up by Karen and sorted straight away. Very happy.
