Purchased an adjustable ID collar in Forest Green for my 6 month old Border terrier. It is a nice lightweight collar and I really like the unobtrusive engraved ID tag rather than a dangling metal disc. I prefer to use a slip lead so the collar is simply to fulfil the ID legal requirement. Bettypoo is a good company to deal with and they contacted me several times about various details to ensure everything was correct. Because my dog isn’t fully grown I went for the adjustable collar but I think once he has stopped growing I’ll get a bespoke ID collar for possibly a better fit. At the moment because he is at the lower end of the size range the collar adjustment overlap is quite large so the collar isn’t quite round on his neck. As he grows and less adjustment is necessary I think this will rectify itself. Would certainly recommend both the product and the company and will buy again.

This bespoke collar fits so well, looks so smart and it’s reassuring knowing that the ID tag is riveted on so will definitely not get lost. My neighbour and her 6 dogs are after some now!

The flexitags are so good! They’re so handy - my pup constantly grabbed and pulled on the old name tag that dangled from our other dogs collar. No more, with these they fit nicely on the collars, and don’t get in the way. They are subtle and look great, finished with a good quality and will be a lifeline if either of the dogs ever need to be returned to the owner.

I couldn't recommend enough, the tags a brilliant and such excellent quality. The customer service was fantastic, double checking sizing due to my error and then unexpectedly refunding the cost difference, without being asked. They also arrived very quickly.

I can’t believe how quick the delivery was for this for a custom product. The colour options are great and the tags are neat and don’t make that annoying jingling sound. My only slight concern is of the rubber strap which goes around the collar getting caught or damaged & the tag falling off… but so far so good!

It was our first time ordering this type of tag, and I’m very impressed. It sits beautifully on my dogs collar and doesn’t get in the way like traditional tags. It arrived the next day after placing the order too. The online order from was easy to complete, and I really liked that you could view the tag before purchasing. I’ll definitely be buying another!
