The order arrived very quickly but, unfortunately, a band was missing. I immediately informed Betty Poo and the errant band arrived the next day.

Really happy with my dog's biothane collar. I've wanted one for a while but hadn't previously seen one with a quick-release fastener - essential for safety. Road-tested it on a walking holiday and it was perfect - dog got filthy, collar simply wiped clean. The riveted dog tag is also great as our boy scratches his neck and eventually wears through the removable ones. The burnt orange collar looks fab on a black dog and the matching lead is sturdy, wipes clean and doesn't get smelly! Excellent products, happy customer.

I think flexitags are great as they lie flat on the collar so they don't come off like circular discs hanging from a ring do. The text is clear and easy to read

My order arrived within a week and I was over the moon. The tag is fantastic and very clear. My boy has been out and about as well as swimming and it’s still secure on his collar with no dangling which I think would annoy him. Would totally recommend Betty Boo’s dog tag and extra straps. Recently purchased 2 collar and leads sets for my dogs and am absolutely thrilled with them. Had a slight issue with one having the wrong contact number put o it but this was swiftly replaced and dealt with expertly by customer service! This is the 2nd set of collars and leads I have purchased for the boys and am absolutely thrilled with them and the ability to keep them clean and also to have their ID tags on the collars and not hanging loose, only had to replace the sets as I accidentally run over the others (doh!) and the previous sets I had had for over 4 years and they were still in great condition. I would definitely recommend these collars and leads to any dog owner

I placed a first order for a few items including the adjustable collar and had to place a second order for a lead which I had forgotten. My mistake and I happily paid two delivery fees. I then had a notification that one delivery fee was being refunded. What a refreshing surprise and whilst the fee itself was not material, the principle shown by the retailer was very much appreciated.

These tags are a simple design but better than all the circular discs you can buy. They don't get snagged when my dog puts his head in a bush as they lie flat on his collar. Good depth for lots of vital information to be engraved on and a choice of colours. This is my second purchase my first one lasting over 12 months on my spaniel so good value too.

All the original Flexitags are still going strong, even the house collar that had to be replaced as puppy Mary Button tried to eat it. However, our address is changing and so I had to replace the most important items so that they can be immediately swapped over on moving day. As usual, my order was not straightforward and, as usual, Martin leant over backwards to sort out for me exactly what I wanted. That’s why dealing with a small business is so good. Speaking to a human who wants to do the best job possible is just the best. I can’t recommend this company or the products highly enough.
